The Goiânia International Film Festival is an independent cultural festival, which was born from the need to generate connections between cinematographic works produced in Goiás, of the most varied genres and styles, with films from other regions of Brazil and worldwide. This way, filmmakers, producers, and other professionals from the Goiás audiovisual industry can create bonds and partnerships with filmmakers from other Brazilian states and abroad.
